Frequently Asked Questions

Our candles are made of 100% natural eco & vegan friendly soy wax. This means they are plant based and better for the environment than paraffin waxes. Our candles also contain high quality fragrance oils in order to give them their fantastic scents. We ensure that all candles are made using high quality materials from reputable suppliers. Your candle jar is also made from fully recyclable British glass. 

All of our candles will last up to 50 hours on average. We recommend burning all candles for at least 1 hour the first time you use them to prevent tunnelling. Using a wick trimmer is also recommended. 

Our candles are shipped 1-2 business days upon receipt of order. We ship with Royal Mail and expect a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days.  For international delivery please expect 3-5 business days. (We currently ship to: UK, Ireland, France & Germany)
